2PS survey on reporting and discretion

Invitation to participate in the 2PS survey on reporting and discretion exercised by professionals when working with people who have a sexual interest in children or are at risk of offending against children

You are invited to participate in an anonymous survey as part of the 2PS project aimed at raising awareness about preventive actions and increasing access to support services for individuals who have a sexual interest in children or are at risk of offending against children (the ‘target group’).

This survey seeks to understand how health and prevention professionals across the EU, EEA, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, the UK, and the US apply discretion when reporting individuals from the target group. Discretion refers to the freedom professionals have in interpreting and applying national laws and principles in specific situations.

Your participation will provide valuable insights into reporting requirements and professional discretion in your jurisdiction.
